Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing month.

Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime access purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Exceptional Circumstances
